Weight lost with green tea

Many have found advantages in drinking green tea, simply because green tea is rich with catechins, a powerful antioxidants that can fight viruses, slow aging and have great benefit on health. It is no doubt that green tea is good for health, but what about weight lost. Can green tea help in loosing weight? Well green tea is able to Lower cholesterol, Increase Thermogenesis (the body's rate of burning calories) and Enhance fat oxidation. The high concentration of catechin polyphenols (EGCG) helps oxidize fat and increases the amount of calories burned throughout the day for all activities. However this does not mean that you will see weight changes right after you drink Green tea. In the long run, drinking green tea will help increase your metabolism rate and hence slowly burn of your fat safely and naturally. Try using green tea as a health supplement instate of a weight lost diet as the benefit of green tea is much more then burning your fat. It also can help prevent cancer, and reduce the aging process. Try making tea drinking a daily habit by choosing the convenience time to drink, like reading the newspaper or watching TV. Preparing a cut of green tea is easy either; just drop a tea bag in a cup of hot water, wait a few minute and your green tea is ready.
